Short Synopsis
I can say no to your offer. Please don't be rude.
You can sell designs.
I can edit/change adopted designs for a fee.
You are free to redesign any part of the design you want, but still credit me as the creator.
Commercial use must have a commercial fee discussed beforehand.

If you are commissioning me to design a character for you, I prefer visual references over text descriptions, even if you are not an artist I would greatly benefit from a sketch or doodle showing me what you would want, or an image that you can find that resembles what you're looking for (ex. you want your character to have star earrings with a specific design so you show me an image of star earrings that you like).Payment
Payment must be sent in full before you will have full ownership of the design.If 48 hours have passed after a purchase has been discussed and I have provided a way for the customer to pay me, and the customer has not paid/responded to messages, then the transfer of ownership will be cancelled and the design will be sold to someone else.Selling
You're free to sell designs, but also if you don't want a design anymore, you're free to give them back to me if you don't want them.Do not lie about the worth of your purchases. As long as you are honest about what you paid for, you can re-sell for whatever price.Files
My art is always in .png format. If you want my art in a different format, feel free to tell me.I usually try to keep my art files but my computer bricked in March 2022, if you request files from before that time, I might not have it anymore.Edits & Tweaks
I am able to edit or change an adopted design after you have purchased it for an additional fee. The fee depends on how much you want me to change.You are allowed to alter any part or section of a design after you have purchased it. However, please still credit me as the original creator of the character.Usage
You are allowed to add the character to a story/book/game/etc, however if you plan on profiting off of the story, then a commercial fee with me must be discussed.I reserve the right to use my art for commission/art examples.I will not "revoke" designs. If someone else is trying to revoke my design from you for me, they are scamming you!

I will provide WIP of the sketch, lineart, and coloring stages. If you would not like WIPS of any stage, or don't want any WIPS at all, feel free to let me know.Major tweaks and edits will be preferably done in the sketch/lineart stage. I am able to edit or change a finished commission, however most edits on a finished commission will cost an additional fee. The fee depends on how much you want me to change.Please describe what you would like changed and edited in a clear manner. Saying "make the smile bigger" is much more helpful than just saying "change the smile".Refunds
After a commission is completed, refunds are not possible. Partial refunds can be discussed if I am not finished with a commission, and I can provide a full refund if I have not started on your commission when you want a refund.Payment
If a commission is under $35, payment must be sent in full before I begin to work on your commission. If it is at or over $35, then you can send a deposit of half the payment before I begin to work and the other half of the payment after I finish your commission.If 48 hours have passed after a commission has been discussed and I have provided a way for the commissioner to pay me, and the commissioner has not paid/responded to messages, then the commission will be cancelled.Files

As said before, you can repost your commission on your social media/website with credit. You are not allowed to repost other people's commissions without said commissioner's consent.If you want me to not upload your commission, or to delay uploading your commission (example: you commissioned me to draw something for your friend's birthday and you don't want them to see it early), please let me know beforehand!All of my commissions are non-commercial, you are not allowed to sell anything that has my art on it or is copied from my art. If you would like to do this, then a commercial fee can be discussed.Abiding by the non-commercial rule, you can do anything you want with your commission. You are allowed to edit the artwork, use as profile pictures, profile banners, print for personal use only, etc.I reserve the right to use my art for commission/art examples.
